"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Paul Howard Finn (IP No. 5367) and James David Robinson (IP No. 16092) both of Finn Associates, Tong Hall, Tong, West Yorkshire BD4 0RR be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of the voluntary winding up."
