A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Seashore South Ltd (11711043) of 75 Tollerford Road, Poole BH17 9BW, whose nature of business is electrical installation , presented on Thursday 12 December 2019, at 00:00 by REXEL UK LIMITED, of Ground Floor, Eagle Court 2, Hatchford Brook, Hatchford Way, Sheldon, Birmingham B26 3RZ claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Companies Court, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 29 January 2020, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
