Notice is hereby given that on 20 March 2019 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of North Strathclyde at Kilmarnock by Seamanor Limited for inter alia an order under the Insolvency Act 1986 to wind up Seamanor Limited (Company No: SC266913) having its registered office at 11 Portland Road, Kilmarnock, Ayrshire, KA1 2BT and to appoint an Provisional Liquidator; in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 20 March 2019 appointed Notice of the Import of the Petition and of the deliverance, and of the particulars specified in the Act of Sederunt to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette and once in the Metro newspaper; ordains the said Seamanor Limited and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Kilmarnock within 8 days after such intimation, service or advertisement, under certification; meantime being satisfied that the share capital does not exceed ÂŁ120,000 sterling, Nominates and appoints Linda Hastings, Insolvency Practitioner, Hastings & Co, having its Registered Office at 82 Mitchell Street, Glasgow, G1 3NA to be provisional liquidator of the said company and Authorises her to exercise the powers contained in Part II and III of schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986. All of which notice is hereby given.
