At a General Meeting of the above-named company duly convened and held at 1st Floor, Pembroke House, Charter Court, Swansea Enterprise Park, Llansamlet, Swansea SA7 9FS, on 22 December 2020, the following resolutions were duly passed:

Special Resolution

"That the company be wound up voluntarily".

Ordinary Resolution

"That J. M. Evans of H R Harris & Partners, 1st Floor, Pembroke House, Charter Court, Swansea Enterprise Park, Llansamlet, Swansea SA7 9FS, be appointed liquidator of the company for the purposes of the winding-up".

CREDITORS DECISION PROCEDURE

At the subsequent creditors' decision procedure on 22 December 2020 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of J. M. Evans as liquidator.
