“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Sarah Louise Burge, of Kingsbridge Corporate Solutions Limited, 1st Floor, Lowgate House, Lowgate, Hull, HU1 1EL, (IP No. 9698) be appointed Liquidator of the Company.”
