Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.54 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 a meeting of creditors of the above named LLP has been summoned by the Joint Liquidators and will be held at RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, The Pinnacle, 170 Midsummer Boulevard, Milton Keynes MK9 1BP on 07 April 2017 at 10.00 am for the purpose of agreeing the Joint Liquidators’ fees. A member or creditor entitled to vote at the above meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a member of the Company.
