Notice is hereby given that the Joint Supervisor proposes to make an interim distribution to the unsecured creditors of the Company.

The last date for proving debts against the Company is 4 March 2022, by which date claims must be sent to the undersigned of RG Insolvency, Devonshire House, Manor Way, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, WD6 1QQ, the Joint Supervisor of the above named Company. The Joint Supervisor intends to declare an interim dividend within two months of the last date for proving.

Finally, the Supervisors are required to state the value of the fund (the Prescribed Part) available to unsecured creditors from the Company's net property under s176A of the Insolvency Act 1986. I would confirm that the value of the fund in this matter is ÂŁNil.
