At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at the offices of FRP Advisory LLP, Derby House, 12 Winckley Square, Preston PR1 3JJ on 08 March 2017 at 10.00 am, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that David Acland and Lila Thomas, both of FRP Advisory LLP, Derby House, 12 Winckley Square, Preston PR1 3JJ, (IP Nos. 8894 and 9608) be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up." At a subsequent meeting of creditors, duly convened and pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, and held on the same day, the appointment of David Acland and Lila Thomas was confirmed.
