At a General Meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held at 10.45 am on 23 October 2019, the following Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Nicholas Cusack (IP No. 17490) and David Perkins (IP No. 18310) both of Parker Andrews Limited, 5th Floor, The Union Building, 51-59 Rose Lane, Norwich, Norfolk, NR1 1BY be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up. Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a liquidator may be done by any one of them”
