"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Michael Lennon (IP No. 24650) of Kroll Advisory Ltd, The Chancery, 58 Spring Gardens, Manchester, M2 1EW and Benjamin John Wiles (IP No. 10670) of Kroll Advisory Ltd, The Shard, 32 London Bridge Street, London, SE1 9SG be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up and that they act jointly and severally.”
