Notice is hereby given that on 26 September 2019 a Petition was presented to Hamilton Sheriff Court by Armada Investments Limited trading as Armada Asset Finance craving the Court inter alia that SCS Retail Properties Limited (Company No. SC369996) and having its registered office at 117 Cedar Drive, East Kilbride, Glasgow, G75 9HZ be wound up by the Court and that Barry John Stewart, Insolvency Practitioner of 180 Advisory Solutions, 2nd Floor Suite, 148 Central Chambers, 11 Bothwell Street, Glasgow. G2 6LY be appointed as Interim Liquidator; in which Petition, the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 8 October 2019 ordered any interested persons, if they intend to show cause why the Petition should not be granted, should lodge Answers with Hamilton Sheriff Court within eight days after service, intimation or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
