At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at 1 Radian Court, Knowlhill, Milton Keynes, MK5 8PJ on 26 November 2020, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Timothy John Edward Dolder (IP No. 9008) and Joanne Kim Rolls (IP No. 8867) both of Opus Restructuring LLP, Exchange House, 494 Midsummer Boulevard, Milton Keynes, MK9 2EA be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up.”

At the subsequent creditors' decision procedure on 26 November 2020 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Timothy John Edward Dolder and Joanne Kim Rolls as Joint Liquidators.
