On 27 August 2021 a Petition was presented to Edinburgh Sheriff Court by Scottish Churches Housing Action, craving the Court inter alia that Scottish Churches Housing Action, a company registered under the Companies Acts with company number: SC148130, having its registered office at 25 Nicolson Square, Edinburgh, Scotland, EH8 9BX be wound up and an interim liquidator appointed; in which Petition Sheriff Holligan by interlocutor dated 30 August 2021 allowed any party claiming an interest to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Edinburgh Sheriff Court, 27 Chambers Street, Edinburgh, EH1 1LB within eight days after intimation, advertisement and service; meantime, nominates and appoints Shona Campbell, Chartered Accountant and Insolvency Practitioner, MHA Henderson Loggie, Ground Floor,11-15 Thistle Street, Edinburgh, EH2 1DF to be provisional liquidator of the said company and authorises her to exercise the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II and III of schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986 for a limited period of 6 months from the date hereof (unless otherwise extended) or until the appointment of interim liquidator(s), whichever shall first occur; all of which notice is hereby given.
