Sheriff Mann, by interlocutor dated 7 March 2019, appointed inter alia the petition to be advertised once in each of The Edinburgh Gazette and the Press & Journal newspapers and allowed all persons claiming an interest to lodge answers thereto, if so advised, in the hands of the sheriff clerk at Aberdeen Sheriff Court, 53 Castle St, Aberdeen AB11 5BB, within 8 days after intimation, advertisement and service of the petition.
