Notice is hereby given that on 6 April 2018 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of North Strathclyde at Dumbarton craving the Court inter alia that SCOTT CROSSLAND RAIL LIMITED formerly SCOTT CONTRACTS ROOFING LIMITED, with its Registered Office at The Gully, Parkhall Road, Parkhall, Clydebank, G81 3RS be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at Dumbarton by interlocutor dated 6th April 2018 ordained the said Scott Crossland Rail Limited formerly Scott Contracts Roofing Limited and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Dumbarton within 8 days after intimation, advertisement or service.
