Notice is hereby given that on 5 February 2018 a Petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court by Alan Lauchlan Montgomery, Eriska, 2A Chapelton Avenue, Bearsden, Glasgow, Dunbartonshire, G61 2RE (“Petitioner”) seeking inter alia an Order that Scotlab Limited, having its registered office at Robb Ferguson, Regent Court, 70 West Regent Street, Glasgow, G2 2QZ (“the Company”) be wound up by the Court and that joint interim liquidators be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff by interlocutor dated 5 February 2018 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within 8 days after intimation, advertisement or service, of which Notice is hereby given:
