Notice is hereby given that on 13th November 2018 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Glasgow by HSS Hire Service Group Ltd, a Company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having their Registered Office at Oakland House, Talbot Road, Old Trafford, Manchester, M16 0PQ (Company Number 00644490) craving the Court inter alia that Scotia Civil Engineering Limited, a Company incorporated under the Companies Acts with Company Number SC521379 and having its Registered Office at Suite 4/1, 19 Waterloo Street, Glasgow, G2 6AY (the Company) be wound up and that an interim liquidator be appointed, in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 13th November 2018 ordained any persons having an interest, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow Sheriff Court within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement under certification, and in the meantime nominated and appointed Lorna Bingham, Personal Debt Support, 2/1 Breckenridge House, 274 Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow, G2 3EH to be provisional liquidator of the Company and authorised her to exercise the powers contained in Parts II, paragraphs 4 and 5 of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; of all of which notice is hereby given by David Carson Murray, Gebbie & Wilson LLP, 18 Common Green, Strathaven, ML10 6AG, Agent for the Petitioners.
