At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at FRP Advisory LLP, Derby House, 12 Winckley Square, Preston, PR1 3JJ on 24 May 2019 at 4.00 pm, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Lila Thomas (IP No. 9608) and David Acland (IP No. 8894) both of FRP Advisory LLP, Derby House, 12 Winckley Square, Preston, PR1 3JJ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that anything required or authorised to be done by the Liquidators be done by both or either of them.”
