"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Christine Francis (IP No. 13596) and Jeremy Willmont (IP No. 9044) both of BDO LLP, R+, 2 Belgrave Street, Reading, Berkshire, RG1 1AZ be appointed joint liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up of the Company. The joint liquidators are to act either alone or jointly."
