“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Glyn Mummery (IP No. 8996) of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Jupiter House, Warley Hill Business Park, The Drive, Brentwood, Essex, CM13 3BE and Ben Stanyon (IP No. 25710) of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 110 Canon Street, London, EC4N 6EU be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up."
