At a General Meeting of the Members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at Affolternstrasse 56, 8050 Zurich, Switzerland on 7 November 2019 at 4.00 pm the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Lee De'ath (IP No. 9316) of CVR Global LLP, Town Wall House, Balkerne Hill, Colchester, Essex, CO3 3AD and Richard Toone (IP No. 9146) of CVR Global LLP, 20 Furnival Street, London, EC4A 1JQ be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally.”
