A petition was presented on 5 February 2020 by BRYN PHILLIP WARDLE of 10 Buckingham Road, Sandiacre, Nottingham NG10 5PP ("the Petitioner") for the winding up of the SCDD Ltd (Company No. 09582903) Cathedral House, 5 Deacon Street, Lichfield, Staffordshire WS13 7AA. The hearing of the petition will take place at 10.30 am on Wednesday 25 March 2020 at Royal Courts of Justice, Companies Court, The Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL.

Any person intending to appear at the hearing (whether to support or oppose the petition) must give notice of that intention in accordance with Rule 7.14 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 by 1600 hours on 24 March 2020.
