At a General Meeting of the members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at 62 Leopold Road, Felistowe, Suffolk, IP11 7NR on 16 June 2022 at 10.00 am the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Gary Rupping (IP No. 16012) and Andrew McTear (IP No. 007242) both of McTear Williams & Wood, Prospect House, Rouen Road, Norwich, NR1 1RE be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately."
