“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Lawrence King (IP No. 10452) and Matthew Waghorn (IP No. 9432) both of Antony Batty & Co, Thames Valley Innovation Centre, 99 Park Drive, Milton Park, Oxford, OX14 4RY be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately.”
