NOTICE IS GIVEN that the following written resolutions of the above-named Company were passed on 19 March 2025, number 1 and 3 as Special resolutions and number 2 as an Ordinary resolution:

1. "That the Company be wound up voluntarily".

2. "That Daniel Shaun James (IP No: 26292) of Albert Goodman LLP, Goodwood House, Blackbrook Park Avenue, Taunton, Somerset, TA1 2PX be appointed Liquidator of the Company."
