Notice is hereby given that on 14TH February, 2019, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of South Strathclyde, Dumfries and Galloway at Airdrie by Scaffolding Scotland Limited craving the Court inter alia that Scaffolding Scotland Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (company number SC208079) and having its registered office at 99 Clark Street, Airdrie ML6 6DU (the “Company”) be wound up by the Court and that an interim liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff of South Strathclyde, Dumfries and Galloway at Airdrie by interlocutor dated 15th February, 2019 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Airdrie, within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement; meantime appoints Annette Menzies, Insolvency Practitioner of 18 Bothwell Street, Glasgow G2 6NU as provisional liquidator of the Company and authorises such provisional liquidator to exercise the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act, 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
