At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at: Purnells, 5a Kernick Industrial Estate, Penryn, Cornwall, TR10 9EP on 12 September 2018 at 4.00pm the following Resolutions were duly passed, number 1 as a Special Resolution and number 2 as an Ordinary Resolution:

1. That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind-up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that:

2. Lisa Alford (IP Number 9723) & Chris Parkman (IP Number 9588) of Purnells, 5a Kernick Industrial Estate, Penryn, Cornwall, TR10 9EP be and are hereby nominated Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the winding-up
