"That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Nedim Ailyan (IP No. 9072) and Ben Stanyon (IP No. 25710) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 142-148 Main Road, Sidcup, Kent, DA14 6NZ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up."
