Notice is hereby given that on 1st December 2021 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of South Strathclyde, Dumfries and Galloway at Airdrie craving the Court inter alia that SBS Wealth Group Ltd, with its Registered Office at Sgarbach House, 10 Binniehill Road, Balloch, Cumbernauld, G68 9AJ be Restored to the Register of Companies; in which Petition the Sheriff at Airdrie by interlocutor dated 2nd December 2021 ordained the said SBS Wealth Group Ltd and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Graham Street, Airdrie within 14 days after intimation, service or advertisement.
