Notice is hereby given that on 1 October 2019, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Falkirk by SBR Investment Holdings Ltd (SC591576), having their registered office at SBR Group C/O Four in One, Portdownie, Falkirk, Scotland FK1 4QZ (“the Company”), craving the court, inter alia, that the Company be wound up by the Court and that an interim liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Falkirk by Interlocutor dated 1 October 2019 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Court at Falkirk, within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service; all of which notice is hereby given.
