"That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Tauseef A Rashid (IP No. 9718) and Rehan Ahmed (IP No. 20390) both of Quantuma LLP, 14 Derby Road, Stapleford, Nottingham, NG9 7AA be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up."
