Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 9 June 2022 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Frank Wessely (IP No. 7788) and Jo Leach (IP No. 15950) both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, 2nd Floor, Arcadia House, 15 Forlease Road, Maidenhead, SL6 1RX be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up. Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a liquidator may be done by one of them.”
