Take notice that Saving Stream Security Holding Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (with company number 09736866) and having its Registered Office at Branksmere House, Queens Crescent, Southsea, Hampshire, PO5 3HT as security trustee for and on behalf of Lendy Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (with company number 0844913) and having its Registered Office at Branksmere House, Queens Crescent, Southsea, Hampshire, PO4 3HT has presented a petition to Livingston Sheriff Court for an Administration Order in relation to Southern Minerals Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (with company number SC507986) and having its Registered Office formerly at 17a Bank Street, Mid Calder, EH53 0AS and now at First Floor, Quay 2, 139 Fountainbridge, Edinburgh, EH3 9QG, to be effective from 4pm on 16 January 2018, under Schedule B1 Paragraph 13 to the Insolvency Act 1986; and for an order in terms of paragraph 49(8) and 107(1) of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986; and that on 6 April 2018 Sheriff Kinloch granted warrant for intimation, advertisement and service and that any party claiming an interest may lodge Answers thereto, if so advised, within a period of 7 days after intimation, advertisement and service.
