A Petition to wind up the above-named company, Save The Futurist Theatre (Scarborough) Limited, registered no: 10712660, registered office 1 Seamer Road Corner, Scarborough, North Yorkshire YO12 5BB, presented on 23 July 2018 by SCARBOROUGH BOROUGH COUNCIL, of Town Hall, St Nicholas Street, Scarborough YO11 2HG, will be heard at The County Court at Scarborough, The Scarborough Justice Centre, The Law Courts, Northway, Scarborough, North Yorkshire YO12 7AE, on 4 SEPTEMBER 2018, at 10:30 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
