1. As a SPECIAL RESOLUTION, that the Company be wound up voluntarily; and

2. As an ORDINARY RESOLUTION, that Robert William Sadler and John Paul Sugden of Auker Rhodes Accounting, Devonshire House, 32-34 North Parade, Bradford BD1 3HZ, being persons qualified to act as Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company.
