At a general meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at 4.30 pm at Delta Park Concorde Way, Segensworth North, Fareham, PO15 5RL on 29 March 2021 the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Simon Peter Carvill-Biggs (IP No. 15930) and Miles Needham (IP No. 14372) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 4 Beaconsfield Road, St Albans, Hertfordshire, AL1 3RD be and are hereby authorised to distribute, amongst the shareholders, in specie all or any part of the assets of the Company.”
