i. "That the company be wound up voluntarily".

Ordinary Resolution

ii. "That Mansoor Mubarik, ACA FCCA FABRP (IP No: 09667) of Capital Books (UK) Limited, 66 Earl Street, Maidstone, Kent, ME14 1PS be and is hereby appointed liquidator of the company."
