At a General Meeting of the members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at 8 St James Square, London SW1Y 4JU on 29 May 2018 at 4.00 pm the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Mike Hall (IP No. 20190) and Andrew McTear (IP No. 007242) both of McTear Williams & Wood Limited, Townshend House, Crown Road, Norwich, NR1 3DT be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding up with authority to act either jointly or separately in all matters."
