THAT the Company be wound up voluntarily.

THAT Sandra Lillian Mundy and Thomas Charles Russell of James Cowper Kreston, be appointed liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up of the Company’s affairs. Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the liquidator may be done by one or more of the persons for the time being holding the office of liquidator.
