Pursuant to Chapter 2 of Part 13 of the Companies Act 2006 and Section 84 of the Insolvency act 1986, by written resolution of the members of the above named Company on 3 March 2022 the following resolutions were duly passed as Special and Ordinary resolutions:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Charles MacMillan (IP No. 6000) of Beever and Struthers, St George’s House, 215-219 Chester Road, Manchester, M15 4JE be appointed as Liquidator of the Company."
