At a General Meeting of the Company, duly convened, and held at 10 Challenge Enterprise Centre, Sharps Close, Portsmouth, PO3 5RJ on 18 May 2017, the following resolutions were passed, No 1 as a Special Resolution and No 2 as an Ordinary Resolution:

RESOLUTIONS

1. “That the Company be wound up voluntarily”; and

2. “That Andrew Watling and Carl Jackson, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act jointly and severally”.
