“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that James Hopkirk (IP No. 21150) of Kreston Reeves LLP, Montague Place, Quayside, Chatham Maritime, Kent, ME4 4QU and Michael Pallott (IP No. 023650) of Mazars LLP, 30 Old Bailey, London, EC4M 7AU be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they act either jointly or separately.”
