Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 15 June 2021, as a special and ordinary resolutions respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Peter Kubik (IP No. 9220) and Brian Johnson (IP No. 9288) both of UHY Hacker Young LLP, Quadrant House, 4 Thomas More Square, London, E1W 1YW be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up and that the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally."
