and an ORDINARY RESOLUTION "that LAURENCE RUSSELL (IP No. 9199) of Albert Goodman LLP, Goodwood House, Blackbrook Park Avenue, Taunton, Somerset TA1 2PX be appointed liquidator of the company for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up."
