"That the Company be wound up voluntarily"

"That Lane Bednash of CMB Partners UK Limited of 37 Sun Street, London EC2M 2PL be appointed liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up."

At the subsequent Meeting of Creditors held on the same day the appointment of David John Standish and John David Thomas Milsom as Joint Liquidators was confirmed.
