In a petition to wind up the above-named company Sanguine Hospitality Limited (company number 04337609) (the Company) whose registered office is at The Plaza, 100 Old Hall Street, Liverpool, England, L3 9QJ presented on 29 May 2019 by DOWNING LLP whose registered office is at 6th Floor St Magnus House, 3 Lower Thames Street, London EC3R 6HD (the Petitioner) whose address for service is Fladgate LLP, 16 Great Queen Street, London WC3B 5DG claiming to be creditors of the Company was advertised in The London Gazette on 17 June 2019 and heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 19 March 2020. The Petition was dismissed. On appeal to the High Court heard on 9 October 2020, and pursuant to the judgment of Mr Justice Adam Johnson dated 11 November 2020, the dismissal of the Petition was upheld.
