Notice is hereby given that on 4 February 2019 a Petition was presented at Edinburgh Sheriff Court by Colin Wilson, craving the Court that Sandy Perfect Trading Ltd, having its registered office at Cowan & Partners 60 Constitution Street, Leith, Edinburgh, Midlothian, EH6 6RR, be wound up by the Court and Blair Carnegie Nimmo and Alistair McAlinden, insolvency practitioners, of KPMG LLP to be joint interim liquidators appointed in which Petition, by interlocutor of 6 February 2019, the Sheriff appointed all parties having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after advertisement.
