A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Sandy Lane Developments (Barbados) Limited (02078518) of 6 Heathmans Road, London SW6 4TJ, whose nature of business is Buying and selling of own real estate, presented on Thursday 25 April 2019, at 13:16 by LONDON & HENLEY PROPERTY HOLDINGS LIMITED (IN ADMINISTRATION), of C/o Kpmg Llp, 15 Canada Square, London E14 5GL claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 12 June 2019, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
