Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed in writing pursuant to Chapter 2 of Part 13 of the Companies Act 2006 on 14 March 2022 as Special and Ordinary Resolutions:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Edward Robert Bines (IP No. 24730) and Andrew William Knowles (IP No. 24850) both of Kroll Advisory Ltd, The Shard, 32 London Bridge Street, London, SE1 9SG be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Liquidator is to be done by them jointly or by any one of them.”
