Notice is hereby given that the Joint Supervisors, Benjamin Wiles and Paul Williams intend declaring a first and final dividend to non-preferential unsecured creditors who are required on or before 31 October 2017 to prove their claims to Benjamin Wiles and Paul Williams, c/o Duff & Phelps Ltd, The Shard, 32 London Bridge Street, London, SE1 9SG and provide such further details or produce such documentation or other evidence as to support the claim as requested by the Joint Supervisors.

Any creditor who has not proved his debt before the last date for proving (being close of business on 31 October 2017) is not entitled to disturb, by reason that they had not participated in it, any dividend subsequently declared.

The dividend will be declared within the period of two months from the last date for proving.
